We ensure such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and that appropriate safeguards are in place.

10. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses essential cookies and similar technologies to enable core functionality, remember your preferences, and analyze traffic. We do not use cookies for targeted advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect website functionality.

11. Device Permissions

Our courier mobile app requests the following device permissions to provide core shipment functionality:

  • Location (GPS): We use your real-time GPS location to track your progress during active shipment missions. Your coordinates are shared with dispatchers so they can monitor your route, coordinate pickups and deliveries, and provide accurate ETA updates to clients. Location data is only collected while you have an active job and have explicitly enabled location sharing.
  • Camera: We use the camera to capture proof-of-delivery photos. When you complete a shipment, you can take a photo of the package at the delivery location as visual confirmation that the cargo was handed over to the recipient. This photo is attached to the shipment record and shared with the client as proof of successful delivery.

These permissions are requested only when needed, and you can manage or revoke them at any time in your device Settings. Denying these permissions will not prevent you from using other features of the app.

12. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, or legal requirements. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
